{"id":396,"date":"2019-01-21T10:56:54","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T10:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xbrlexperts.in\/blog\/?p=396"},"modified":"2022-07-20T13:47:15","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T13:47:15","slug":"due-date-extended-of-cra-4-cost-audit-report-form-in-xbrl-format","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prathamconsult.com\/bak-main\/blog\/2019\/01\/21\/due-date-extended-of-cra-4-cost-audit-report-form-in-xbrl-format\/","title":{"rendered":"Due Date Extended of CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report) Form in XBRL Format for FY 2017-18"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As per the recent circular, the government of India and the Ministry of corporate affairs has now given some relief in the additional fees and the last date of filing CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report in XBRL format) is&nbsp;<strong>31st December 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the circular, the MCA referred to all the regional directors, registrar of companies and the stakeholders for the relaxation of additional fees and date extension of CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report in XBRL format).<\/p>\n<p>There were some issues and multiple factors due to which most of the stakeholders were demanding some extension of due date for filing audit report for the financial year ending 31-03-2018.<\/p>\n<p>The latest circular has been circulated across the stakeholders and on the official portal as well making it acknowledged by everyone.
