{"id":3233,"date":"2019-12-31T10:18:19","date_gmt":"2019-12-31T10:18:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prathamconsult.com\/bak-main\/?p=3233"},"modified":"2022-07-20T13:43:54","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T13:43:54","slug":"mca-extended-due-date-for-cra-4-filing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prathamconsult.com\/bak-main\/blog\/2019\/12\/31\/mca-extended-due-date-for-cra-4-filing\/","title":{"rendered":"MCA extended due date for CRA-4 Filing for FY 2018-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In continuation to this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mca.gov.in\/Ministry\/pdf\/GeneralCircular_25102019.pdf\">Ministry\u2019s General&nbsp;Circular No. 12\/2019 dated&nbsp;24.10.2019&nbsp;<\/a>and in view of several representations received from various stakeholders for extension of last date, it is informed that the last date of filing of CRA-4 (cost audit report) for all eligible companies for the Financial Year 2018-19, without payment of additional fee, has been further extended till&nbsp;29.02.2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It may be noted that the said extension is given for the entire cost audit process starting from &nbsp;the \u2018preparation of Annexures to the Cost Audit Report\u2019 to \u2018submission of Cost Audit Report by the Cost Auditor to the Company\u2019 and finally furnishing the Cost Audit Report for FY 2018-19 with the Central Government\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The circular is issued with the approval of the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p>Read: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mca.gov.in\/Ministry\/pdf\/Circular17_30122019.pdf\">Ministry\u2019s General Circular No. 17\/2019 dated 30.12.2019<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In continuation to this Ministry\u2019s General&nbsp;Circular No. 12\/2019 dated&nbsp;24.10.2019&nbsp;and in view of several representations received from various stakeholders for extension [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4340,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16,59,64],"tags":[128,133,218],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.1 -
